Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from [TEST] Glow & Grace Salon. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order, return a product, and receive a refund.
1. Cancellation window
You may cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as described below.
2. Return window
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested after this window cannot be accepted.
3. Eligible and non-eligible products
The following products are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, fresh produce, dairy, baked items).
- Personalised or custom-made items.
- Intimate or hygiene products once unsealed.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-returnable" at the time of purchase.
All other products are eligible for return provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
4. Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or differs from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
5. How to raise a return request
- Contact us at the email or phone number below with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will respond within 2 business days with pickup or drop-off instructions.
- Keep the product in its original packaging until our response.
6. Refund processing
- Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, we initiate the refund within 3 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For prepaid orders paid via Razorpay, the amount typically reflects in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
- For Cash on Delivery orders (where offered), refunds are issued to a bank account or UPI ID you provide.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item).
7. Replacement
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, and the product is available, we will dispatch the replacement at no additional cost.
8. Failed or disputed online payments
If a payment is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed, the amount is typically auto-refunded by your bank within 5–7 business days. If you do not see the refund after this period, contact us with a screenshot of the transaction and we will assist.

This policy is in addition to — and does not limit — your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
