Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy describes how [TEST] Glow & Grace Salon delivers orders, the areas we serve, and the timelines you can expect.
1. Serviceable area
We currently deliver to our serviceable area. If your pincode is outside our serviceable area, we will inform you at checkout or upon order confirmation.
2. Delivery timelines
- Local orders: typically delivered within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Same-day delivery: available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time, subject to product availability.
- Outside serviceable area: courier timelines apply — usually 3–7 business days.
Timelines are indicative and may vary due to weather, traffic, festivals, or other events outside our control. We communicate delays proactively.
3. Delivery charges
Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Free-delivery thresholds — where applicable — are displayed on the product and cart pages.
4. Order tracking
You will receive order confirmation and status updates via WhatsApp or email using the contact details you provided at checkout. For any tracking-related queries, contact us with your order number.
5. Failed delivery attempts
- Our delivery partner will attempt delivery at the address provided.
- If no one is available to receive the order, the partner will contact you using the phone number you provided to arrange a reattempt.
- After two failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. Re-dispatch, if requested, may be subject to an additional delivery charge.
6. Damaged or missing items on arrival
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If the package is visibly damaged or items are missing, report it to us within 48 hours with photographs so we can raise a claim with the courier partner.
7. Changes to shipping address
Changes to the shipping address can be accommodated only before the order is dispatched. Contact us immediately if you need to update the address.
